Clinic Training Program – Sunday 10am

This clinic will be held on Sunday the 1st of October in the Main Arena at 10am!  In order to purchase a ticket to this clinic you must also have an entry ticket to the event (you can also buy this ticket and your entry ticket at the same time).

What to expect?  Do you get on your horse every day with a plan on what you want to cover? Have you got a goal in mind that you work on each session? Do you have a certain amount of exercise that you use every day?

What to wear? Normal riding attire.

What tack do I need for my horse? Tacked horse ready to ride.

Where to be and when?  Sunday the 1st of October in the Main Arena at 10am.  Please arrive 15 mins early and check in with your ticket to our volunteer staff upon arrival.

Age Restrictions – Anyone can enter this clinic that is 12 years and older at the time of the event. There is no age (or breed) restrictions for horses.

Maximum number of students – This clinic will be only be taking ONLY 10 Students! But remember you are welcome to watch from the sideline, even on your horse!

What if you can no longer make it? Please notify us via email at [email protected] as soon as possible. If there is a waitlist your place will offered to the next person on the waiting list, once paid then your refund will be given.  If there is no waitlist and you are able to find someone to take your ticket, we will do a name change for free but only up to 7 days ahead of the event.   If this occurs in the week leading up or during the event please report to the headquarters and notify them of your withdrawal.

When do entries close? Entries will closed when the allocation has been completed, once your order has been processed you will get a ticket number to the competition and this confirms your allocation to the event.

You hereby release Cowgirls Gathering and its licensees, successors, and assigns worldwide of any liability for any loss, damage or injury to person or property during or in connection with such filming or photography and you agree to comply with all rules and regulations of Cowgirls Gathering.

You also hereby grant Cowgirls Gathering, its licensees, successors, and assigns the right, but not the obligation, to use and to permit others to use, your name, voice and likeness and, all or any part of the photographs and/or recording of any type made of your appearance in all media now known or hereinafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity. You warrant you have the full right, power, and authority to authorise such use.
