Cowgirls Gathering is a celebration of the deep connection between cowgirls and their horses, a space to gather, inspire, educate and collaborate. Women come to ride, to learn and to be beginners again, and the educators are the reason they leave different to how they arrived.
Educating here is about more than teaching. Whether your thing is horsemanship, business, wellness, creative craft or anything else that supports the cowgirl lifestyle, your expertise gives someone the next step in her journey. You grow your brand and your influence with an audience that is already passionate about what you do, and you give something back to the community that made you.

The main Gathering, and the Mini.
The main Gathering
Our full-format event. Spectators, competitors, trade stalls and a program of educators running over three days. This is the big stage, and the one most educators apply for.
Mini Gatherings
Smaller, more intimate riding weeks with a handful of educators and a capped group of cowgirls. Fewer people, more saddle time, and a connection that extends across the year between main events.
The practical bits.
A few things worth knowing before you start the form, so there are no surprises later.
- Sessions
- Interactive sessions run for a maximum of two hours. You are welcome to propose something shorter.
- Availability
- The main Gathering runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Bump in is any time after 12 noon on Thursday, bump out before 10am Monday. Let us know if you can only make part of it.
- Insurance
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to $20 million. If you have it, upload a copy with your application.
- Trade stall
- Available if you want one. You bring your own setup, marquee included.
- Equipment
- Tell us anything you need us to organise in advance, barrels, witches hats, whatever your session calls for.
- Your story
- Part of the form asks about you, your holidays, your bucket list, your favourite food. That is for social media, so we can introduce you properly.
