The event runs from 9am Friday 30th of September to 4pm Sunday 2nd October 2022 and is an amazing opportunity to connect with hundreds of visitors. As part of our event, we will provide you ;
- Our guarantee we will use our discretion for the number and types of vendors,
- A flat suitable outdoor space for you to set up your own 3m x 3m site*,
- Advertising on our website and social media pages,
- 2 complimentary staff admission tickets*,
- An audience of 1000 over the weekend,
- Free self camping (unpowered site).
The fee to participate is $400 (including GST) for an unpowered site. To secure your place full payment will be require upon a successful application, no questions asked full refund will be given 90 days before the event if you need to cancel.
* Larger spaces, power and additional staff tickets can be requested for an additional fee.9
