📌 Volunteer Expectations & Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all, volunteers are expected to demonstrate:

✔️ Professionalism – Be punctual, reliable, and respectful.
✔️ Communication – Maintain clear and respectful interactions with attendees and staff.
✔️ Commitment – Follow event guidelines and complete assigned tasks.

🐴 Event Access for Volunteers 

• Volunteers must purchase their Cowgirls Gathering ticket through the normal process.
• All volunteers must check in and check out after each shift.
• Upon check-in, volunteers receive a Volunteer Pack with necessary materials.
• A waiver form must be read, completed, and acknowledged before beginning duties.
• Volunteers are covered by the event’s insurance policy as long as they check in/out.
• Any incidents or injuries must be reported immediately at the check-in/out desk.

🛑 Health & Safety

All volunteers must follow Health & Safety Standards set by Cowgirls Gathering and the event venue.
