Cowgirls, our next gathering will run from from 8am Friday 3rd to 4pm Sunday the 5th of October  2025.  This is an amazing opportunity to connect with hundreds of visitors.  As part of our event, we will provide you ;

  • Our guarantee we will use our discretion for the number and types of vendors,
  • A flat suitable outdoor space for you to set up your own 3m x 3m site*,
  • Advertising on our website and social media pages,
  • 2 complimentary staff admission tickets*,
  • An audience of 1000 over the weekend,
  • Free self camping (unpowered site).

The fee to participate is $440 (including GST) for an unpowered site.  To secure your place full payment will be require upon a successful application, no questions asked full refund will be given 90 days before the event if you need to cancel.

* Larger spaces, power and additional staff tickets can be requested for an additional fee. For those with the “Come & Try” interactive slots you space will be much larger out in the paddock area.

Please note your requirement on what you would need Cowgirls Gathering to supply (the number of points and 10 or 15 amps for example).
Please note we provide two tickets included in your vendor site fee.
Therapy: Vendors that will be treating / working hands on with horses or humans. Come & Try: Open for clubs or associations advertising their sport.

Cowgirls Gathering Terms & Conditions include, but are not limited to A) Cowgirls Gathering tickets are capped B) Bump in and out will be after event hours C) Self camping will be available free of charge D) To be showcased on our social media pages E) We aim to be cashless, no ATMs will be provided F) Standard site is 3x3 meters, additional space will be a higher fee G) Sites will be pre-allocated, once done these are not able to be changed (H) You will need to bring everything you need for your site (marquee and racks for example) (I) Internet connections are good at the site but you will need to supply your own WIFI if required (J) We will be in touch with you around power options, fee to be determined based on requirements (K) Two staff tickets will be provided in your vendor/pop up fee, any additional tickets may incur an extra cost.
