Cowgirls Gathering 2025 Key Ring & Win Mr Big Ticket

Get excited! We have a very limited release of our 2025 Key Ring, and with EVERY Key Ring you purchase, you’ll get an entry to WIN A HORSE! Yes, you read that right — A LIVE HORSE!  Introducing Mr Big — generously donated by the incredible team at Kennallywood Stud. Mr Big is a standout ASH with an amazing temperament and training foundation, ready to make someone a very proud owner. He’s smart, kind, willing, and ready to start. Mr Big has also begun basic on the ground handling (including tying up & float loading) and shows an easy going nature.

He’s a future star in any discipline and will no doubt steal someone’s heart 💛

Now back to the Key Ring: these are limited edition, and once sold out, they will NOT be restocked and you guessed they feature Kennallywood MR BIG. They will only be available for pick-up at the event for those that are coming to the gathering, all orders will be shipped.

By purchasing a Cowgirls Gathering Key Ring and entering the draw to WIN MR BIG, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. This competition is a promotion run by Cowgirls Gathering (“Promoter”) and Kennallywood Stud (“Sponsor”).
2. Entries and information on prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. The competition is open to Australian residents. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and eligibility.
4. Once drawn, it is the winner’s responsibility to organise transport for Mr Big from either Cowgirls Gathering on the 5th of October OR from Kennallywood Stud within 7 calendar days from the event draw at their location in Mutdapilly in Queensland.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches these Terms or acts improperly.
6. The competition runs from Friday 1st August to Saturday 4th October 2025, 4pm AEST, unless sold out earlier.
7. Entries are ONLY valid by purchasing a 2025 Cowgirls Gathering Key Ring.
8. Unlimited entries are permitted per individual.
9. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
10. The winner will be drawn at The Cowgirls Gathering Main stage, Kilkivan QLD, on Saturday 4th October 2025 at 6:33pm AEST.
11. All local times apply.
12. One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
13. The prize is: a 2yr old ASH gelding known as Kennallywood Mr Big.
14. The winner must agree to all terms of the ownership contract including, but not limited to, creating an online presence (e.g., Facebook or Instagram) for Mr Big with monthly updates. Kennallywood Stud reserves the right to retake ownership if the horse’s condition falls below “Good” as per their condition scoring.
15. The winner will be contacted via the information provided with their entry.
16. If the winner cannot be contacted or has not made arrangements to collect Kennallywood Mr Big within 14 days, a redraw will occur live at Cowgirls Gathering Headquarters in Fernvale Queensland.
17. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
18. Entrant information may be used for promotional communication from the Promoter and the Sponsor.
19. The winner agrees to participate in editorial, photo, and video content for promotional use by the Promoter and the Sponsor.
20. If the event, or competition is disrupted for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, it may be cancelled or amended.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to amend any aspect of the competition or these Terms.
22. The Promoter, Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury related to participation or prize redemption.
23. The Promoter’s & Sponsors maximum liability is limited to $1.
24. The Promoter & Sponsor is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss or damage.
25. The competition is governed by the laws of Queensland.
