Bringing your horse to Cowgirls Gathering but don’t have yards — or just don’t want to mess around setting them up?

We’ve got you covered! 🙌

For Cowgirls Gathering 2025, livestock yards will be available for hire. These are:

✅ Set up and ready for your arrival on Thursday, 2nd October
✅ Packed up and collected after the event — no heavy lifting, no stress!

🏡 Yard Details:

📍 Located in one designated block — check the site map for the exact location
🌞 Open-air yards (not undercover) with full sun during the day
🚰 Water is nearby — you may need to carry it a short distance
🧹 Yards must be left clean — please remove all feed and waste before departure

📏 Yard Specifications:

• Size: 6.4m x 4.2m

• Panels: 1.8m high

• Duration: Available Thursday to Monday

• Cost: One flat rate — includes full set-up and pack-down

• Important: Each yard is strictly for ONE horse only to ensure the safety and comfort of all horses on site.
