Are you ready to take your journey to the next level? Whether you’re looking to step into the world of cattle events or refine your skills, this is the ultimate opportunity!
🔥 What’s in store? 🔥
✨ Work with 5 incredible female instructors over 5 action-packed days
✨ Small, focused groups (max 10 students) for personalized coaching
✨ Sessions designed around your horse & human education level
✨ Learn with and without horses & cattle with sessions running from 1.5 to 3 hours
✨ Bring 1 or 2 horses (no horse swapping during sessions)
✨ End-of-day arena ride time, Q&As, and community storytelling
🥞🥪🍽 Food? We’ve got you covered! We will serve breakfast, lunch & dinner (Sunday night to Friday lunch with a simple BBQ on Friday night), plus have a stocked camp kitchen with help-yourself snacks! Just BYO drinks, whatever keeps you going!
🐶 Dogs? Yes, for THE MINI GATHERING ONLY! But they must be restrained at all times and are not allowed in food areas, main/campdraft arenas, or toilet/shower facilities.

Cowgirls Mini Gathering – Refund Policy
Please note: This Refund Policy Only Applies to the 2025 Cowgirls Mini Gathering
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and while we do our best to accommodate, event planning requires significant commitments. Below is our refund policy for the 2025 Cowgirls Mini Gathering – Reined Cow Horse.
Rider Medical Exception
If you are unable to attend due to a medical condition that prevents you from riding, a Doctor’s Certificate must be provided.
Horse Health Exception
If your horse is unable to attend due to illness or injury, a Veterinary Certificate must be provided.
In both cases, you may choose from the following options:
✅ Transfer Your Spot
– If a waitlist is in place, your spot will be offered to the next eligible rider.
– If there is no waitlist, you are responsible for organizing a replacment rider.
✅ Request a Refund (Based on the Refund Schedule Below) for any amount paid.
Refund Schedule
(Applicable only with a Doctor’s or Veterinary Certificate)
– 90+ days before the event → 100% Refund
– 60-89 days before the event → 50% Refund
– 30-59 days before the event → 25% Refund
– 0-29 days before the event → No Refund
Ticket Transfers – 100% Transferable!
You can transfer your spot anytime up to the event:
– If a waitlist exists, your spot will be offered there first.
– If the waitlist is exhausted, you may find a replacement, and we’ll transfer your ticket for FREE!
⚠️ Important Notes:
– Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the required certificates.
– Refunds apply to the ticket cost only and do not cover transaction fees.
– No-shows are not eligible for a refund or transfer to a future event.– No spot is confirmed until it is fully paid.
