Cowgirls, we know it can be tough to snag tickets when they go on sale, so we’ve created something just for you! 🤠 Cowgirls Cahoot is a new membership-style ticket designed for those who want to be first in line for our 2025 events.

More than just a ticket, it’s your best chance to access our gatherings, exclusive perks, and unforgettable experiences, all while being part of a vibrant community.

This exclusive opportunity is LIMITED, making it the must-have ticket for 2025.  Priced at $500 for the year, it will give you over double the benefit if you take up all the offers (for example $500 off the price of the 2025 June Mini Gathering Ticket AND a FREE ticket to THE Gathering in October .. and much more).

Priority Access

We love our loyal community, so priority for Cowgirls Cahoot tickets will be given to:

a) Cowgirls Gathering Volunteer Team Members,
b) Those who have attended previous gatherings, prioritized by how many gatherings you’ve been part of.

When and where can I purchase?

Cowgirls Cahoot tickets go on sale right here on this website at 9am on Wednesday, 5th February 2025. Be sure to grab yours before they sell out—they’re limited!  While the tickets will be “first in best dressed” priority will be given to those that have attended previous gatherings and refunds provided to those that missed out.  We will also be holding a “waitlist”.

 

What does "Free Horse Ticket" include?
With your Cowgirls Cahoot membership, you’ll receive one free ticket for you and your horse to attend The Gathering, in October 2025!  This will give you a chance to fully enjoy the experience with your equine partner.
How do the Demo Rider spots work?
As a Cowgirls Cahoot member, you’ll have the opportunity to ride in the demonstrations at The Gathering. This is a unique chance to showcase your skills in a fun and supportive environment!  Please note there will be at least ONE spot provided to every Cahoot member so it’s your sure fire way of securing a spot.
What are the Quarterly Virtual Educational Sessions?
These are live, online learning sessions FREE for Cowgirls Cahoot members. They cover a variety of topics will connect you with different trainers around the world and if you are not able to make the session “live” you will be able to watch it back at your leisure.
What is the Mini-Gathering, and how do I secure a spot?
Mini-Gatherings are smaller, more intimate events hosted by Cowgirls Gathering. Cowgirls Cahoot members get first priority & discounted access to purchase one of the available spots.

Please note: Purchasing a Cowgirls Cahoot membership does NOT guarantee a Mini-Gathering spot, but it significantly increases your chances of securing one. Spots are still subject to availability, so act quickly when they’re announced!

Can I transfer my Cowgirls Cahoot membership?
Yes! You can transfer your membership to another person for a fee of $50.

Here’s how it works:

  1. We will maintain a waitlist and offer the membership to the next person on the list.
  2. If the waitlist is exhausted, you are welcome to find someone yourself to take over the membership.

This process ensures that everyone interested has a fair chance.

What happens if I miss out on Cowgirls Cahoot this year?
If you miss out on Cowgirls Cahoot for 2025, don’t worry! Members will have the first chance to purchase for 2026, but keep an eye out for announcements so you can jump in when new opportunities arise.
