WEEKEND TICKETS
CLINICS
To participate in a clinic you must be bringing a horse with you. Clinic direct participation will be 10 students and you must be bringing a horse if you want join in. You must hold a weekend event ticket (above) to be able to purchase a ticket to participate in a clinic. Spectating the clinic is included in your weekend / spectator ticket, you can even watch on horseback!
Clinic tickets are released weekly at 7pm on Tuesday night right here! If a clinic you want to attend is sold out please do join the waitlist as we will release more clinics where we can.
CLASSES
Classes will be held horseless and participation will be from the ground. Class direct participation will range between 6 and 24 students. You must hold a weekend ticket to the event to be able to purchase a ticket to participate in a class. Spectating the class is included in your spectator ticket!
COMPETITIONS
To enter a competition you must be bringing a horse with you. If you would like to enter a competition, you must hold a ticket to the event an and then purchase a ticket to the competition. The tickets to competitions will be first in, first served. Spectating the competition is included in your spectator ticket, you can even watch from horseback!
There is only one Competition open so far but the rest will be released in August.
DEMONSTRATIONS
These will be a demonstration only. You will be able to view from the sideline and these will be as interactive as possible. There will be no limit to how many people can attend the demonstrations and no tickets are required for these.
WHAT DOES YOUR EVENT TICKET INCLUDE?
Your Cowgirls Gathering Ticket includes:
☑️ Trade stalls, food vendors, live entertainment & demonstrations,
☑️ Access to purchase a ticket to participate in Classes, Clinics and or Competitions,
☑️ Watch everything on the program (the Main & Campdraft areas can be viewed by horseback),
☑️ Camping Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights for weekend ticket holders (glamping can be purchased for an additional fee),
☑️ Camping the night before and after the day of your day ticket. For example if you have a Saturday Day Ticket, it includes camping for Friday and Saturday nights (glamping cannot be purchased for day tickets).
I have purchased my spectator ticket – what’s next?
A) If you are bringing a horse:
- Decide your accommodation option (camping is included in your ticket price)
- Decide on what Demonstrations you would like to view
- Purchase a ticket to a Class, Clinic or Competition
Classes, clinics & competitions on the program have limited places for those that want to participate directly. If you would like participate in a class, clinic or competition, you will need to purchase a ticket. Places will be allocated first in best dressed. If you do not have a ticket to a class, clinic or competition, you can still watch and cheer on from the sideline! Please note: You must have a horse to be able to participate in both clinics and competitions.
B) If you are not bringing a horse:
- Decide your accommodation option (camping is included in your ticket prices)
- Decide what Demonstrations you want to see
- Purchase a ticket to a Classes

All the tickets are sold out for Clinics, Classes and Competitions – now what?
- Your ticket still gives you access to watch all the Clinics, Competitions, Classes & Demonstrations (no active participation),
- If you bring a horse, you can still ride and watch Clinics and Competitions from the sideline,
