To the team at Gympie Regional Council,

Our team is very excited to host this event for the third year with the hope it can continue to grow in all aspects in the years to come.  We were very appreciative of the sponsors that came on board for 2022 and hope that we can continue to develop long-lasting relationships that benefit all partners along this journey.

Last year we had 900 spectators in attendance and moved from a two to three-day event.  We hope this year we will hit our cap of 1000 spectators to contribute to the growing opportunities this event is bringing to the horse community and beyond.  We are currently looking for businesses and organisations to help us make this a truly special event for the community.  Below you will find the document that outlines our sponsorship opportunities for 2023. We have designed the layout to cater for all levels of budgets and needs. Please review and let us know if you have any questions, we are happy to find the right fit and level for your organisation or business.

Our ideal partnership with Gympie Regional Council would be a Platinum sponsorship that could come in the shape of any of the following: 

– Ideally, we would like to have the Gympie Region Council at the event and across the weekend would.  We feel this would be a positive message of collaboration between small businesses and the council given our local nature.  

– Secondly, access to any marketing portals available to Gympie Regional Council to promote and get the word about this amazing gathering would be greatly appreciated.

– Lastly, any in-kind support of sponsorship in the way of facilities we bring into the event, assets available to the council or a cash donation to directly put back into the prizes at any level would be of great benefit to the longevity of this event at Kilkivan.
