Application Information

Please read firstif you would like to join the waitlist please complete the details below.  When your waitlist application has been received we will let you know what number on the waitlist you are.  When (and if) a spot becomes available we will email the next person on the list to offer the spot and if they decline then we will move down the list.

5 amazing female instructors over 5 days with 50 students. Each education group session will have a maximum of 10 students.  Each group will work with each of instructor’s multiple time during the week.  Groups will be assigned based on horse / human education level and this preference sheet.  If you are looking at getting into cattle events or want to improve in your sport, then this week is for you! 

Days will start with a combined group session at 8 am without horses.  Education sessions will range between 1.5 to 3 hours in length, and you can expect some sessions to be with and without horses and or cattle.  Students are welcome to bring along 2 ridden horses for the week but 1 horse is more than suitable.  There is to be no swapping of horses during any session. At the close of the day, everyone is welcome (if they wish) to come back into the main arena to ride together, share stories, and ask any questions of the educators.  

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner > will be served (Sunday night to Friday lunch) by vendors so you can expect something different on each day.  We will also have a “camp kitchen” with a stockpile of “help yourself” snacks in the kitchen!   BYO Drinks > Drinks is the only thing not included in the week, so please BYO water, booze, soft drink, or any other liquid you desire.

Dogs > While the “MAIN” gathering does not allow dogs, due to the length of this Mini Gathering (2024 Only) you can bring your dog/s but please note they MUST be always restrained and cannot enter the food area (the whole fenced area around headquarters, bar, and food vendor space),the main or campdraft arenas or the toilets/ showers.  

Please note: Once your nomination has been accepted (first in best dressed) you can either pay in full or pay a 25% deposit by 31/05.  If you are using instalments the schedule is as follows: 25% payment > 31/05 | 25% payment > 28/06 | 25% payment > 26/07 | 25% payment > 23/08. Once your first payment has been made your ticket is not refundable but will be transferable to the next person on the waiting list.  The total payment on the above schedule secures your spot in this gathering.
