2021 Refund Request

Howdy!  Firstly we are sorry it is come this and we are super sorry you are not able to make the event.  Cowgirls Gathering is small team made up of hard working Cowgirls.  This is our first year and it’s fair to say that these COVID restrictions have hit us hard 💛 

If you can find it in your heart to give us a small donation we really appreciate it, or better still transfer your ticket price to 2022 (this will be in the way of a gift card that can be used for anything in our online store including tickets and merchandise).  

We are in this for the long haul but are not too proud to ask for help.

Gift cards can be used for anything in our online store including future events.
For the Cowgirls Gathering event in October 2021.
What is the amount you are seeking to be refunded?
We only charge 5% (So for a $300 a fee of $15) to cover the costs of the fees charged to us and the time to transfer.
