Congratulations on your successful application for a vendor space at Cowgirls Gathering, once payment is made we will confirm your space number. Just a reminder that this booking includes access for TWO staff members, which will allow access into the event but not to participate in any clinic or competitions. Self camping is also included in this price!
Entry will only be allowed for set up anytime after 8am Friday and shut down will be after 4pm on Sunday. The event runs from 9am on Friday to 4pm on Sunday (a number of ticket holders will be staying on Sunday night).
Entry to be anytime after 8am on Friday for set up before 12 noon on Friday. The event runs from 9am on Friday to 4pm on Sunday however there will be reduced audience on the Sunday night leaving on Monday morning.
Please note if you have booked glamping, the tents are available to use Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights.
