This clinic will be held on Friday the 29th of September starting at 5pm in the Main arena!  In order to purchase a ticket to this clinic you must also have an entry ticket to the event (you can also buy this ticket and your entry ticket at the same time).

What to expect? Apart from a basic groundwork warm up this is a fun, challenging and predominantly ridden clinic. Walk, trot and canter are covered in this class, riders are challenged with more advanced maneuvers.  Progressive classes create greater understanding and appreciation of foundation exercises. No two clinics are the same participants can be exposed to different exercises depending on experience and individuals’ interests. Hackamore horses welcome.

What to wear? Appropriate riding attire!

What to bring? Sunscreen, hat/helmet and a full tacked horse ready to ride.

Where to be and when?  Friday 29th September at 5pm in the Main arena.  Please arrive 15 mins early and check in with your ticket to our volunteer staff upon arrival.

Age Restrictions – Anyone can enter this clinic that is 12 years and older at the time of the event. There is no age (or breed) restrictions for horses.

Maximum number of students – This clinic will be only be taking ONLY 10 Students! But remember you are welcome to watch from the sideline, even on your horse!

What if you can no longer make it? Please notify us via email at [email protected] as soon as possible. If there is a waitlist your place will offered to the next person on the waiting list, once paid then your refund will be given.  If there is no waitlist and you are able to find someone to take your ticket, we will do a name change for free but only up to 7 days ahead of the event.   If this occurs in the week leading up or during the event please report to the headquarters and notify them of your withdrawal.

When do entries close? Entries will closed when the allocation has been completed, once your order has been processed you will get a ticket number to the competition and this confirms your allocation to the event.

You also hereby grant Cowgirls Gathering, its licensees, successors, and assigns the right, but not the obligation, to use and to permit others to use, your name, voice and likeness and, all or any part of the photographs and/or recording of any type made of your appearance in all media now known or hereinafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity. You warrant you have the full right, power, and authority to authorise such use.
