Your Cowgirls Mini Gathering Ticket Includes
✅ Camping from the night before the start of the gathering to night it finishes
✅ Five full days of education with five amazing instructors

What to Expect
🌟 Five incredible female instructors over five days with 50 students.
🌟 Small group sessions with a maximum of 10 students per session.
🌟 Rotating instruction so each group works with every instructor multiple times.
🌟 Tailored experience with groups assigned based on horse and rider education levels (as outlined in your preference sheet).
If you’re looking to improve in your sport or get into cattle events, this week is designed just for you!
Daily Schedule
🔹 Start at 8 AM with a combined group session (without horses).
🔹 Education sessions ranging from 1.5 to 3 hours, including work with and without horses and cattle.
🔹 Students may bring up to two ridden horses for the week (one is sufficient).
🔹 No horse swapping is allowed during sessions.
🔹 Evening gathering: Join us in the main arena for shared rides, stories, and a Q&A with the educators.
Meals & Drinks
🍽️ Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from Sunday night to Friday lunch, provided by different vendors each day.
🍴 Camp kitchen stocked with “help yourself” snacks.
🥤 BYO drinks – bring your own water, soft drinks, alcohol, or other beverages.
Dogs 🐕
Dogs are welcome at the Mini Gathering (unlike the main Cowgirls Gathering event held in October) due to its longer duration. However:
🚫 Dogs must be restrained at all times.
🚫 Dogs are not allowed in the food area (fenced headquarters, bar, and vendor spaces), main or campdraft arenas, or toilet/shower facilities.
Important Notes
💳 Your spot is only confirmed after full payment is made. Due to cancellations in 2024, we will accept more than 50 bookings for part-paid spots. This will also assist with our new Refund Policy (see below).
Payment Plan
- 25% due at nomination
- 25% the following months with the final due a month before the start of the gathering
Cowgirls Mini Gathering – Refund Policy
We understand that life happens, so for 2025, we’re introducing a Refund Policy for the Mini Gathering! Hopefully, you won’t need it, but if you do, we’ve got you covered.
Rider Medical or Horse Health Exception
(With a Doctor’s or Veterinary Certificate)
📆 Refund Schedule:
✔️ 90+ days before the event = 100% Refund
✔️ 60-89 days before the event = 50% Refund
✔️ 30-59 days before the event = 25% Refund
❌ 0-29 days before the event = No Refund
Ticket Transfers
✅ 100% Transferable! You can transfer your spot anytime up to the event:
- If there’s a waitlist, your spot will be offered there first.
- If the waitlist is exhausted, you’re welcome to find a replacement—we’ll transfer it for FREE!
