Team Hello!  Welcome to Cowgirls Gathering 2025.  Thank you so much for the support of this gathering, I’m so looking forward to working alongside you all and spending the long weekend together.

Some quick links below:

1. Full Pack:  This is what we used in the planning sessions that links everything together.  You can access the Event Info & Policy documents from here or use the next links to access them directly.
2. Event Information:  This holds the tracking of such things as Milestones / Program overview / RACI and much more!
3. Policy Documents:  This has … you guessed it all the policy documents but you will also find the Risk Management documents in here.
4. Trello:  This is what we use “day to day” to track tasks for the gathering.  This is really the “source of truth” on what needs to be done and when.
5. Budgets:  This is a restricted document that is managed by Wanda, she will from time to time get information from you to prepare the board reports.
