We have built a mobile app for the 2026 Mini Gathering, and we would love you to add it to your phone before you arrive in Kilkivan.
It puts everything you need for the week in one place.
- Daily program and meal times
- Your horse yard, if you have pre-paid one
- Site map and packing list
- Important contact numbers
- Your riding group and arena for every session
- Your campsite, so you know where to pull up
Under Info you will also find your waiver and the Event Ready checklist. Please complete your waiver before the event, it will save time at check in.
Groups, yards and campsites are all allocated and already in the app. Open it, find your name, and tap it to set yourself up.
If you subscribe to updates we will let you know when anything changes, start times, program shifts, a horse out, or a fireside kicking off in fifteen minutes. No more hunting through old emails, screenshots, Facebook posts and that one message you know you saw somewhere.
Add it to your phone
There is nothing to download from the App Store or Google Play. Our web app saves straight to your phone and opens just like a normal app.
Read the three steps for your phone first, then tap the button at the bottom.
Open this in your browser first
You are reading this inside another app, and phones will not let you add an app to your home screen from here. Tap the ••• or share button in the corner of this screen and choose Open in browser, then come back to these steps.
Open the website
Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad and tap the button below. It has to be Safari, this will not work in Chrome.
Add it to your home screen
- Tap the Share button, the square with the arrow pointing upwards.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Make sure Open as Web App is turned on if you see it, then tap Add.
The Cowgirls Gathering icon will appear on your home screen.
Subscribe to updates
- Open the app using the new icon on your home screen, not from Safari.
- Tap Subscribe to updates, then tap Allow when your phone asks.
If you miss it, you will find the same button under Info.
Open the website
Open Chrome on your Android phone and tap the button below.
Add it to your home screen
- Tap the three dots in the top right corner of Chrome.
- Tap Install app, or Add to Home screen depending on your phone.
- Then tap Install or Add.
The Cowgirls Gathering icon will appear on your home screen.
Subscribe to updates
- Open the app using the new icon on your home screen.
- Tap Subscribe to updates, then tap Allow when your phone asks.
If you miss it, you will find the same button under Info.

Adding the app to your home screen and subscribing to updates are two different things, and this is where people come unstuck.

This is our first version, and everyone attending the Mini gets to help shape what it becomes. We want to build it with the women who actually come to our events.
Please use it, poke around, and tell us what you love, what drives you nuts, what is missing, and what would make it genuinely useful at future Gatherings.
