The invite

Come ride with us, not at us.

The Mini isn't our big Gathering, you won't see marquees, shopping villages or a stage here. The Mini is small on purpose, fifty cowgirls, ten to a group, working close with five women who actually do this for a living. You'll spend the week riding, learning off-horse, sitting around the fire, and figuring out the next bit of your journey with horses, whether that's stepping into cattle work for the first time or sharpening up skills you already trust.

Bring one horse, bring two, bring questions, bring the version of yourself that's ready to be a beginner again. We'll handle the rest.

The waitlist

Every spot is full, but plans change.

All fifty places for the 2026 Mini are taken, and we could not be more thrilled about the cowgirls who are coming. Between now and late September though, life has a way of happening, floats play up, work gets busy, and every so often a place opens back up. When it does, we work our way down the waitlist and get in touch.

No pressure and no obligation, just first to hear if a place comes free. Anything you would rather ask us first, we are always at Hello@CowgirlsGathering.com.au. We cannot wait to ride with you.
