The Mini isn't our big Gathering, you won't see marquees, shopping villages or a stage here. It's small on purpose, fifty cowgirls split into groups of ten, working close with five women who actually do this for a living. Educators are central to the week, we're not just booking instructors, we're building a team of women who'll share the fire, the meals, the long afternoon arena rides, and the quiet wins that come from teaching properly.
You set the rhythm of your sessions, we'll handle everything around them. Bring your craft, bring your stories, bring the version of you that loves teaching when nobody's filming it.

A few things to know before you say yes.
Educator application.
Tell us about you. We'll be in touch with next steps once we've had a chance to review your submission.
The bits we need in writing.
- Payment. Full payment for your services will be made within five working days after the event.
- Invoice submission. Please provide your invoice for payment to Hello@CowgirlsGathering.com.au.
- Event timing. The event kicks off at 8:00am on Monday and runs until 5:00pm on Friday.
- Meals. Meals will be provided from Sunday night through to Friday lunch.
- Camping. Camping is available, however you'll need to bring all necessary camping equipment with you.
- Ticketing. The event will be ticketed, and all attendees must provide their full details.
- Dogs. Dogs are permitted at the event, however they must be kept on a lead at all times.
- Travel sharing. If you're running a clinic within 500km of the Gathering in the week leading up to or following the event, we'd appreciate you letting us know so we can discuss a split travel rate.
