Terms & Conditions A) Payment: Full payment for your services will be made within 5 working days after the event B) Invoice Submission: Please provide your invoice for payment to Hello@CowgirlsGathering.com.au. C) Event Timing: The event kicks off at 8:00 AM on Monday and runs until 5:00 PM on Friday D) Meals: Meals will be provided from Sunday night to Friday lunch E) Camping: Camping is available, but you will need to bring all necessary camping equipment with you F) Ticketing: The event will be ticketed, and all attendees must provide their full details G) Dogs: Dogs are permitted at the event but must be kept on a lead at all times.
