Ten brand partnership seats for Cowgirls Mini Gathering 2026.

Cowgirls Gathering is opening ten brand partnership opportunities for the Cowgirls Mini Gathering 2026, designed for businesses whose products align with the lifestyle and practical needs of horsewomen.

The Mini Gathering is a five day immersive horsemanship event where riders work closely with leading female instructors in a supportive, hands-on learning environment. Because of the format, products are used naturally through the week in real riding and camp environments, rather than simply displayed.

02, The event

Five days, five female instructors, fifty riders.

Kilkivan Showgrounds, Queensland. Monday 28 September through Friday 2 October 2026. Small enough that gear gets used, conversations stay real, and brand partners aren't competing for attention with a crowd of vendors.

03, How the partnership works

Products end up where they're meant to be used.

Brand partners provide selected products which are used through the event by riders, instructors and the Cowgirls Gathering team, in four real-world settings.

Captured on camera, tagged where visible.

Throughout the week Cowgirls Gathering captures photo and video content which is shared across our social platforms. Where products are clearly visible in shared content, the brand is tagged where possible, providing exposure to the Cowgirls Gathering community and the wider online audience.

Welcome bags, where stock allows.

Where quantities allow, products may also be included in Cowgirls Mini Gathering rider welcome bags, placing them directly in the hands of participants.

04, Investment and delivery

$500 plus product, sent by 1 August 2026.

The partnership fee is in addition to the cost of products supplied. Past major sponsors of Cowgirls Gathering events may have the fee waived, subject to board approval.

Cowgirls Gathering connects with a growing community of horsewomen across Australia. The audience engages with event coverage, rider stories, horsemanship education and behind-the-scenes content.

Brand partners benefit from this reach through authentic product placement within event content, with brands tagged when products appear in posts shared across the Cowgirls Gathering platforms.
